We make sure that our delivered products hold up every standard. However, if you have any problem with our products you can ask for full refund or exchange, within 14 days after the purchase.
Process for Refund
If you experience any problem in our product you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Our customer service representative provide you with RMA number return Merchandise authorization Number and a return form. Once you are provided with the number follow these steps.
- Fill the return form provided.
- Pack the product in its original package.
- Mail the product and return form to this address.

Note: Eurosharp will not be responsible for shipping charges. You have to pay the shipping charges yourself. We will strongly recommend to choose the mailing service who provides you with a tracking number. Eurosharp will not be responsible if the package is lost in the mail.
- Once we receive the product, we will inspect it thoroughly to check the condition and damage. After that we will process the refund or exchange. It will take us three days to process everything. We will notify you by mail when the refund has been processed.
